In this role, you will:•Own and lead relationships with some of our most important partners such as TikTok Shops, DoorDash, Starbucks, Uber and many more•Build meaningful connections with these partners to grow the partnership and drive value for our customers through innovative campaigns.•Bring break-through marketing ideas to the table, with an extensive analytic and data-driven approach to planning and prioritization.•Synthesize learnings to create data-backed insights that inform future marketing strategy. This role offers an unprecedented opportunity to impact Venmo’s immediate and long-term success, and to help define the future vision of the Venmo brand.Key Responsibilities•Work with a select group of Venmo + PayPal’s top strategic merchants to create and execute marketing programs that mutually drive both Venmo and partner growth.•Lead the execution of cross-channel campaigns, working with creative teams, legal, analytics, finance and brand to bring marketing campaigns to market.•Create campaign recaps and work directly with analytics to assess impact of marketing efforts.•Manage marketing calendar and communicate regularly with partner teams across lifecycle, social, brand, comms, product, legal, customer relations and sales.•Oversee partner marketing team budget and keep budget up to date.•Bring your best self to work – no idea is too big, or out there.Requisite Experience

Marketing or Partnership Manager with 4+ years experience.Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence teams and individuals; project management experience.Marketing experience executing campaigns across a diverse range of channels.Strong analytical thinker with a curiosity to understand and manipulate data.Outstanding Communications and Executive Presence.Customer Champion with demonstrated track record in designing marketing solutions.Strong sense of ownership, curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit.Empathetic, collaborative and flexible working in high-pressure fast-paced environments.Additional Job Description:Subsidiary:
