You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth. To be successful as a Digital Marketing specialist, you must be willing to keep abreast of industry innovations and trends. A good Digital Marketing specialist values quality content as well as technical insight to optimize the website for search engines.[Job Description]The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on increasing conversion rates, ROI, and revenue.The candidate will have a core understanding of media metrics and ability to report, QA, and implement across performance marketing channels.Help manage and monitor budgets, bids, and pacing across multiple channels, including social and display.Support campaign performance reporting and analysis across traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics, and dimensions such as audience and creative.Utilize data-driven insights to make optimization recommendations (e.g., adjusting targeting, messaging, and creative).Assist in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals.Manage creative uploads and mapping across performance channels.Assist in conducting A/B tests and other experiments to improve campaign performance.Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies.Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results.[Qualifications]Minimum of 2 years experience in SEO/digital marketing or/and 3 years experience in a data analytics-related background.Outstanding customer service skills, in any industry.Strong understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights.Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and operationalize them.Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.Outstanding presentation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management skills.Critical thinker and creative.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.[What's On Offer]We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including healthcare, dental, and paid time off.
