This role is critical in driving our email marketing efforts across various strategic events, webinars, and field marketing events, including trade shows, seminars, workshops, and user groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, customer lifecycle, exceptional program management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Email Marketing ManagementCollaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage effective segmentation, cadence, test methodologies, and tactics for demand generation email campaigns.Oversee and enforce email strategy, segmentation, prioritization, and governance to ensure alignment with business goals.Ensure adherence to email best practices to drive customer action and engagement and compliance with industry standards as well as privacy policies.Apply and advance knowledge in the professional/technical discipline of email marketing and B2B lead flow.Coordinate and manage internal business reviews and approvals for email campaign rollouts.Understand CMS (Content Management System) and marketing automation systems, integrations, and lead flow to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead management.Program ManagementOversee the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.Manage timelines and resources to deliver high-quality campaigns on schedule.Integrate channels outside of email (digital surround) to enhance the reach and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including strategic event, AMS field marketing, and webinar teams to gather requirements and align on goals.Analyze, monitor, and develop quarterly business review (QBR) to present and communicate insights of campaign performance to business stakeholders to inform future strategies.Nurture CoordinationDevelop and implement post event email nurture follow-up programs that align with broader digital marketing strategies.Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate email campaigns with other channels, such as social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.Analyze and report on the effectiveness of holistic digital nurture campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing and nurture strategies.Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within email and nurture strategies and tactics.Conduct regular A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and engagement.Demonstrate a clear understanding of marketing testing methodologies and possess an innovative mindset to drive pilots and innovation.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on segmentation, campaign management, and email strategy.Proven ability to develop and execute successful email marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience with Marketo, AEP and AJO is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently.Additional Information ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
