Job Summary The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversees the daily workflow of the departmentProvides constructive and timely performance evaluationsHandles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

Duties/Responsibilities

Directs and implements the organization’s advertising and promotional activitiesAnalyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approachesIdentifies new market segments that will benefit from company productsPrepares effective advertising campaigns based on market researchMaintains knowledge on emerging products and servicesCollaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organizationForecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budgetPerforms other related duties as assigned

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree preferredAt least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsThorough understanding of market developmentsThorough understanding of marketing strategies and practicesExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
