A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.You will be responsible for overseeing the growth of the US Influencer marketing strategy from our Melrose office. Working closely with the wider US influencer marketing team, you will be accountable for owning the US Influencer Strategy creating key influencer and VIP relationships while managing external US agencies to drive brand awareness in this market. Additionally, you will oversee a team of executives, guiding them in the execution of their duties to ensure a successful implementation of the strategy.What you'll be doing

Responsible for overseeing the growth of the US influencer marketing strategy from the Melrose showroom.Working closely with the Senior Marketing and PR Lead and US Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating key Influencer and VIP relationships and managing external US agencies to drive brand awareness in the US market.Act as the point of call for the wider US Influencer team across Los Angeles and Miami.Ensure the US influencer marketing plans are streamlined with global marketing strategy.Oversee all influencer outreach in the US market, ensuring this sits within the wider influencer marketing budget and updating relevant POs and spend sheets.Implement a VIP strategy to secure US Brand Ambassador deals, identifying and building a wider network of agents and managers in the US.Planning and execution of the US Events calendar - being reactive to key events in the market / actively suggesting where we should be present to drive engagement and brand visibility within the market.Oversee US sample spend budget – monthly calculations and providing broken down spend.Oversee the Student Ambassador program and manage all external tracking platforms.Collaborate with the social media team to create and implement strategies to support collection launches.Supporting US Creative team to coordinate and execute US based talent campaigns, including brand ambassador shoots and styling videos.Provide insight to senior members of the business on key market insights on a regular basis.Reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis on key metrics across the influencer and event spend.Lead, mentor and develop a team of executives, providing guidance on best practices and delegating tasks effectively, ensuring that team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.Communicate actions to senior management on a weekly basis and ensuring these are followed through across relevant teams.Working with us To succeed here, you have to love working at pace. Experience working in an Influencer role at a senior level.Experience managing a team.A clear understanding of influencer marketing with a strong network of connections in this space.Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Positive attitude and creative thinker.Confident in reporting to Senior Management at a top line level.Due to the evolving nature of our organisation, this job description is not exhaustive.
