The Sr. Product Manager Measurement Science will lead implementation of continuous improvement of Marketing Mix Models (MMM), unified attribution, and data environments needed for ROAS level analysis. This individual has technical expertise in measurement methods, media mix modeling and statistical methods used to qualify media impacts and integration of 1P/3P data sources.

This will include assisting with driving acceptance of proposed methods, performance evaluation, and model optimization. They will be responsible for driving the cross functional coordination necessary to deliver the platforms, tools, and capabilities delivering scalable products that identify channel and tactic level return on investment. Implement the product roadmap, delivering features and functionality to improve the insights Marketing Mix Models deliver to stakeholders.Manage project scope, delivery plan, and ensuring timelines are met.Translate stakeholder needs to technical requirements for Data Scientist, Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams.Facilitate critical communication to ensure effective cross-organizational collaboration.Work with Group Product Manager to prioritize backlog and new requests.Drive definition of acceptance criteria and leading prerelease quality assurance.Coach team members in light Agile frameworks and efficient product delivery best practices.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Project management, Computer Science, Software development, or a related field.Current related certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, SAFe).Three (3) years' experience spanning data and software/SaaS/IT projects.Demonstrated experience bringing multiple cross functional teams together to achieve project success.Track record of effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple supporting teams and stakeholders.Ability to facilitate framing, defining, and leading risk remediation.Proficiency with Confluence, SharePoint, and Office365 tools.This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.The salary range for this role is $98,900 and $158,000.
