Photography and Videography:
Capture high-quality images and videos of real estate properties, emphasizing their unique features and appeal.Drone Work:
Use drone technology to provide breathtaking aerial shots that enhance the overall property presentation.Floor Planning:
Develop precise and detailed floor plans to give a clear layout of the property.Client Interaction:
Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with our editing team to ensure the final product meets our high standards and tells a compelling story.Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in real estate media to continuously improve our service offerings.Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in real estate photography and videography, including drone and floor planning work.Technical Skills:
Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, drone technology, and editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members effectively.Creativity:
A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.Adaptability:
