Are you passionate about creating content for immersive experiences? As a member of the Digital Experience Design team at Gensler, the world’s largest architecture and design firm, your role as Motion Graphics Designer creates the opportunity for you to bring meaningful impact to the human experience of digital content in a physical environment.What You Will DoExecute high caliber motion design work for project development and client delivery.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary experience design teams and production teams – including producers, creative technologists, creative/design directors, and other designers – on visual design and motion work across a variety of formats and platforms.Evolve concepts from ideation to sketches and storyboards to finished projects, translating client and design team objectives into visual form using a variety of tools.Design for the needs of the clients and the end users, understanding the balance between the two.As needed, collaborate with additional motion design resources.As needed, support design teams in prototyping or visualizing concepts during design phases.Your Qualifications3-5 years of Motion Graphics Design experience.2D Motion Design Generalist.Expert in After Effects.Proficient in Adobe Suite, esp. Premiere.3D Motion Design required. Preferred proficiency in the below tools:Cinema 4D and/or 3ds Max.V-ray.Experience with Unity or Unreal a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks/projects.Ability to learn quickly and understand diverse technologies and techniques.Ability to work semi-autonomously.A passion for design and an interest in the built environment.Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.Proficiency in video editing and/or data visualization a plus.A portfolio/reel demonstrating a high caliber of creative work in which you played a primary role.The base salary range will be estimated between $72,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.Life at GenslerAt Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
