You might be our next Group Creative Director to help lead a large, integrated team for a global retailer client. We are looking for someone with experience as a Group Director, leading a large team across multiple, concurrent workstreams. You cut through to the core of a complex business problem, bringing truthful insights & fresh, creative approaches. You are a modern storyteller, fluently speaking the language of integrated, multi-platform, commerce-fueled campaigns. You can flex between big brand challenges, social-first content briefs, nuanced DCO strategies and everything in between. You have strong production chops and high attention to detail. You know enough about media, design and strategy to be dangerous. You’re intuitive, and can seamlessly adjust to multiple audiences & varied priorities from agency & client leadership teams. You speak the language of decks, are an enviable storyteller, and memorable, charismatic presenter. You are a clear communicator, supportive manager, & trusted colleague, always keeping spirits high IRL & in the group chats.

Job Responsibilities:Lead teams’ conceptual and strategic thinking across multiple platforms.Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your teams’ ideas.Deftly navigate multiple internal disciplines & cross agency teams.Embrace innovation, speak modern media platforms and tap into human insights & behaviors to help teams crack breakthrough creative work.Shape creative ideas & impactful presentations.Inspire & direct creatives on a fast-moving business, giving actionable feedback and mentoring them to become their best. You will have direct reports.Retail/big box experience very much valued.Appreciate and advocate for craft across capabilities, including production and tech.Build trust with clients, understanding their business to find opportunities.Recruit and retain creative talent, building a team with a breadth and depth of relevant skills.Work with HR and Creative Operations to manage direct reports’ daily workload and career development.Challenge yourself creatively, staying up-to-date with the industry and culture at large.Help drive our creative culture both inside and outside of the agency.Qualifications

Required:Four-year degree and at least ten years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand-building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work, along with expertise leading cross-channel campaigns.Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
