As we expand our team, we're looking for a senior seller whose strategic approach and ability to leverage data will help our suppliers sell more units.What You'll DoAs a Senior Partner Manager, you'll oversee key business portfolios with our brand partnerships in the Food categories. Your strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be instrumental in driving revenue and reinforcing brand connections to our customers through tailored retail media solutions. In this role, you'll:Forge and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.Develop a thorough understanding of the client's business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to ensure client success.Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will assist clients in meeting their marketing objectives.Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.Travel as required to meet with the shopper marketing team and suppliers/agencies.Who You AreYou have:A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional industry experience.7+ years quota-carrying digital sales experience.Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.A proven ability to propose creative technologies across a diverse spectrum of decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers and consumers.Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner.Strong ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions.A passion for driving business results for companies.Join Us!We believe all digital advertising can be targeted and accountable – and we have Walmart’s sales data to prove it.
