Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Reporting to the Principal, this role will be a member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for leading the marketing, admissions, and business development in both the home and international market.International student recruitment, growing the College’s boarding provision, and developing a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive parent and agent relations is a critical part of the strategic growth plan. This position will be responsible for attracting and enrolling a diverse international and national student cohort, whilst seeking out other business opportunities that can boost revenue.Alongside leading the Admissions, Marketing, and Business Development function, the incumbent will be actively participating in outreach events and cultivating external relationships to build a strong pipeline of prospective students. Business development includes the utilization of College facilities and estate all year round, Short Courses, Summer Camps, and Pre-sessional programmes.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategyDeliver a seamless student and parent recruitment from first registration of interest to enrolment.Lead the development and implementation of the College’s marketing, admissions, and business strategy to deliver the student enrolment targets.Develop and implement an international student recruitment plan to meet the international student targets set by the Board of Directors and the Principal.Work closely with the Principal and CFO on the financials to meet projected income streams for student enrolments and other business development opportunities.Track and evaluate KPIs on student numbers, acceptance rates, conversion, and retention rates.Provide regular progress reports to the Board of Directors, Advisory Council, and the Principal on the implementation of the Marketing, Admissions, and Business Development strategic plan including reporting on KPIs and performance against student enrolment targets.Manage commercial contracts, budgets, logistics, staffing, resources, and training for running Short Course programmes.Provide a business and financial plan to the Principal, CFO, Board of Directors, and Advisory Council on business development opportunities.Oversee all regulatory requirements for Short Courses including working closely with Boarding, DSL, and Facilities Management to ensure all Health and Safety standards and safeguarding requirements are met and risk assessments are complete.Please see attached Job description for full responsibilities for Marketing, Admissions, and Business Development.
