Reporting to the Team Member Engagement Communications team leader, you’ll coordinate the MicronNow intranet, internal global newsletters, and digital signage networks and ensure they deliver consistent, relevant, and impactful messages to employees. You’ll also collaborate with the Corporate Communications team and partners to build and optimize digital experiences that showcase Micron’s culture, build community, and support business objectives. You’ll need to have a strong vision, creativity, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment!Role and Responsibilities:Develop and complete the communication platform strategies for the internal news portal, email, and digital signage and roadmap, aligning with the internal communication goals and priorities.Own the vendor relationships and contracts for the intranet and digital signage platforms, ensuring quality service and performance.Identify and develop business use cases for new communication technology tools to increase reach and engagement with team members.Own the development of personalized email newsletters.Develop user journeys based on personas, ensuring users are able to find the right information at the right time.Lead the platform governance and administration, including user access, content management, navigation, design, and analytics.Lead and build collaborator union organizations.Partner with the editorial team and other content contributors to provide mentorship, training, and standard methodologies on how to demonstrate the platforms optimally.Supervise and measure the platform usage, engagement, and happiness and provide regular reports and insights to partners.Identify and implement new features and improvements that improve the user experience and functionality of the platforms.Own the platform budget and resources and ensure compliance with Micron’s policies and standards.Education and Qualifications:10+ years of experience in leading and developing digital communication platforms and tools.Bachelor’s degree in a communication, marketing, or technology-related field.Expert in SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Viva Suite (Required).Experience with Marketo (Preferred).Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word).Experience with Workfront or similar online project management software (Required).Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate sophisticated and cross-functional projects.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs and user expectations.Be detail-oriented, delivering high-quality work.Bringing your enthusiasm, passion, and resilience to a fast-paced environment.Micron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
