Mid to Senior LevelSOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST - With Shopify Experience We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist with a strong understanding of Shopify to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our Shopify store.Key Responsibilities:Create, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of social media content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.).Content Creation & Management:
Develop engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) tailored to each social media platform.Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and other social media content that aligns with the brand voice.
Shopify Integration & Promotion:
Utilize Shopify to create, manage, and update product listings, collections, and promotions on social media platforms.Drive traffic to the Shopify store through targeted social media campaigns, ads, and collaborations.Monitor and optimize social media-driven sales funnel using Shopify analytics and tools.
Community Engagement:
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and customers to expand our brand presence.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, track, and report on key social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and native platform insights.Provide regular reports on social media performance and recommend strategies for improvement.Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all platforms.Collaborate with the Shopify development team to ensure social media campaigns are effectively integrated with the Shopify store.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.Strong understanding and experience with Shopify, including product management, store setup, and analytics.Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in e-commerce or fashion industries.Familiarity with paid social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizations on Shopify.Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
