About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our assigned regions. In this role, you will oversee a team of marketing specialists and coordinators, driving strategic marketing initiatives to attract traffic to our communities while maintaining brand consistency and corporate image.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes customer experience. Empower regional marketing teams through feedback and training to meet goals and support individual growth.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Lead field marketing strategies involving key stakeholders. Manage campaign budgets, assess effectiveness, oversee communications, and contribute to departmental process improvements.

Model Home & Brand Management:

Oversee the aesthetics of model homes, including budgeting for staging and approving furniture placement. Ensure regional communications align with brand standards and manage event planning.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, effective messaging.

Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Creative problem-solving skills with a knack for working under tight deadlines.

Organizational skills with attention to detail and administrative efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong interpersonal skills.

Basic proficiency in writing for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Houzz, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Experience:

At least eight years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in residential real estate.

Experience in managing large budgets (e.g., $800k+) is preferred.

Prior supervisory experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
