Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategies to meet business goals and increase market presence.
  • Lead teams to run marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Assist in shaping digital strategies for our brands, focusing on websites, email marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Use consumer insights to guide marketing efforts and optimize for better results.
  • Monitor and adjust marketing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Analyze and apply POS data to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with PR and social media agencies to meet goals and lead key projects.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and influence others.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing specialist.
  • Assist in consumer research projects and share findings with the team.
  • Help develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Support agency management and tradeshow planning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Analytical with experience in data analysis and market research.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
  • Resourceful and flexible in approach.
