We are currently seeking a driven, hardworking, Director of Marketing to join our 100% employee-owned company. This position supports the overall marketing program of AME Consulting Engineering. DIRECTOR OF MARKETING Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing include: Responsible for firm's overall marketing program Establish marketing policies and procedures Determine marketing objectives to meet firmwide goals Direct the preparation of the marketing plan Make commitments on behalf of the firm Build upon company's brand recognition at all levels Work with technical staff to develop proposals and scopes of work Plan and schedule marketing support activities to ensure that goals are accomplished, and deadlines are met Manage and mentor subordinate marketing staff Maintain a high profile in professional and community organizations Establish programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of the corporate mission Assist with marketing budget development and maintain budget throughout year Manage qualification, proposal, and presentation activities Manage collateral materials development, public relations and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation Seek business opportunities for firm Research and gather information on potential clients and projects Schedule meetings with new/existing clients to discover project information Develop and maintain strong business network Manage client satisfaction program Coordinate with Business Development team for business development goals and activities Qualifications of the Director of Marketing include: Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years marketing experience, at least 7 years of AEC experience recommended Master's degree preferred Thorough understanding of the AEC industry terminology and procedures Professional demeanor that enables the candidate to interact with industry professionals both inside and outside of the firm Excellent organizational skills Strong leadership skills Driven, hardworking, takes pride in their work Persistent, able to follow through in a consistent manor and document efforts Experience tracking and analyzing efforts and meeting benchmarks
