We're looking for an experienced communications professional to join our Corporate Affairs team and report directly to the Head of Macquarie Asset Management External Communications in our New York or Philadelphia office. This is an exciting opportunity to represent our Public Investments business to the media and work closely with team members to support Macquarie's external profile and reputation more broadly.

What role will you play?

Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibilityAs part of our larger Corporate Affairs team, you will primarily focus on proactive media pitching and positioning, reactive media, issues management, and proactively planning, positioning, developing, and executing strategic external communications. You will work towards identifying and securing external speaking opportunities whilst preparing Macquarie Asset Management spokespeople with messages and narratives to appropriately portray the business strategy and defend the corporate reputation. Your role will also include managing time-sensitive reputational issues as they arise, working closely with internal stakeholders, and working in partnership with marketing colleagues on key projects while taking the lead on managing and delivering relevant external communications.Salary range for this position: $115,000 - $140,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
