We believe that great design starts with a powerful vision, and we're looking for a talented Concept Artist to join our creative team and help bring our ideas to life.Position Overview:
As a Concept Artist at Alternate Games, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual direction of our projects. You’ll collaborate with our art directors, designers, and other creatives to create compelling visual concepts, character designs, environments, and more. Your work will help establish the look and feel of our projects and set the stage for the entire creative process.Key Responsibilities:Develop and iterate on concept art for characters, environments, props, and other visual elements.Collaborate with the art team to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the project's artistic direction.Create high-quality sketches, illustrations, and digital paintings to convey design ideas and concepts.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative process.Revise concepts based on feedback and make adjustments to meet project requirements and deadlines.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and tools into your work.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Concept Artist in [games/films/animations/etc.] with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and range.Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other relevant digital tools.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, composition, and design principles.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback positively.Experience with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus but not required.Preferred Skills:Previous experience in [specific industry or type of project, e.g., AAA games, animated feature films].Familiarity with various artistic styles and genres.Knowledge of digital art techniques and principles.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.The chance to work on exciting and diverse projects with a talented team.Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options.How to Apply:
