We are on a mission to build a more financially inclusive future by making the power and utility of the US Dollar accessible across the globe. AUSD is the first fully collateralized, freely tradable digital dollar that is partner-focused, open, scalable, and dependable: a currency that works, wherever you are. Our goal is to create a more stable and accessible cryptocurrency that empowers individuals and businesses. First and foremost, we're building an engineering organization dedicated to producing the best. We are building a culture where we work as a team, operate as a unit, and trust each other to produce the best code and culture we can.
Our first product - a fully collateralized, freely tradeable USD stablecoin - will be launched in the year ahead. It will compete directly with the heavyweight stables in the market today but will differentiate materially in terms of its value proposition, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategy. The stable's collateral will be managed by VanEck, one of the world's largest asset managers and ETF issuers (~$80B AUM).
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually compelling designs for web and mobile applications, marketing materials, social media, and other digital platforms.Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and design consistency.Design user interfaces and user experiences that are intuitive and engaging.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and cryptocurrency.Qualifications
Proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with crypto and blockchain design projects is a plus.What We Offer:
