Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Proposal Writer / Business Development Executive to join our team in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the growth of our business by crafting compelling proposals and contributing to our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Writing: Create persuasive and well-structured proposals in response to client RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Qualifications). Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather information and develop winning proposals.
  • Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships. Participate in the development and execution of business development strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and potential target clients. Utilize data-driven insights to inform business development strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and work to identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Proposal Management: Coordinate the proposal development process, ensuring deadlines are met, and proposals are submitted with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Content Development: Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, case studies, and other materials that showcase our capabilities and successes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on proposal content and business development strategies.

Qualifications:
