Job Title: Campaign Analyst (Contract) - Job#4790

Location : Hybrid, 3 days on-site Chicago, Illinois

Responsibilities :

Utilize campaign management and other tools to build out and execute marketing strategies.Design and develop strategies together with the Membership department utilizing and obtaining customer insights using customer information available.Plan and shape direct marketing programs that meet the needs of the organization. This includes acquiring and optimizing relevant customer data, designing efficient campaign templates, engaging the marketing team, and developing processes that ensure success.Develop experimental test design and tracking processes that help determine optimum levels of campaign frequency, prioritization, list segmentation, and messaging.Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns outputs that drive customer acquisition, renewal, and retention (including direct mail, telemarketing, digital ads and Fax marketing campaigns)Leverage direct and database marketing best practices to define success and help guide creative work.Create data specifications for vendors, and support vendor management as related to data processing for campaign execution at print shops.Ensure high quality and error free implementation, testing and QA of marketing campaigns within various platforms.Resolve data exceptions and variances.Maintain ad-hoc suppression lists for direct marketing channels.Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.Perform database marketing process improvement techniques to improve the performance of marketing communication efforts, including assisting business owners in better targeting segments to improve response rates/effectiveness; analyzing the results to make actionable recommendations, identifying process/data gaps in need of improvement.Designs, develops, executes, and maintains standard and ad hoc business reports that generate key engagement metrics across supported business.Capture ad-hoc issues as they occur and escalate to data teams in IT and Health Solutions to update records within source systems.Develop cutting-edge, automated campaign solutions meeting client business requirementsRequirements/Qualifications :

BS or BA degree in computer science or related field is required.Minimum of 5-7 years in campaign management or marketing experience with a thorough understanding of direct marketing techniques, subscription/membership marketing, database issues regarding data quality, data manipulation and targeting strategies.Experience with campaign management tools required,Experience with Salesforce Marketing Automation a plus.At least 3 years of practical data extraction, manipulation and analysis experience required, using SQL and related applications: Aqua Data Studio, SAS, or SPSS, R Python directly against a marketing data warehouse. Working knowledge of relational database technology, data warehouses, and basic statistics practices required.Excellent analytical skills and experience manipulating large data sets and recommending segmentation, testing, multi-channel targeting and campaign strategies.Experience in providing recommendations to management and stakeholders to optimize analytic approaches. Experience in providing consultation to customers to leverage analytic findings.Must possess the ability to communicate technical and/or complicated processes to non-technical staff.Excellent analytical, root-cause problem-solving skills, process mapping and data modeling skills.Advanced practical use of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Visio. Use of Business Objects (or similar) a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with various levels of internal management and with external vendors.Strong organizational skills and project management experience.Must have the ability to prioritize tasks on multiple highly visible projects.Must be detail oriented with high sense of accountability and integrity and very sensitive to deadline
