Marketing Manager

to lead the marketing efforts across our diverse portfolio of businesses. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities



Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support the business goals for both the real estate and construction divisions, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.•

Content Creation & Management:

Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and video) tailored to both industries. Ensure messaging aligns with each brand's unique voice and target audience.•

Social Media & Digital Campaigns:

Manage social media platforms, paid ads, and digital marketing strategies, optimizing performance across all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.•

Lead Generation & CRM Management:

Work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns that drive leads and conversions. Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Follow Up Boss) to track and report on marketing performance, refining campaigns based on data.•

Website Management & SEO:

Oversee website updates, content, and SEO strategy to ensure high visibility and lead generation across both businesses.•

Event & Promotional Planning:

Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to support client acquisition and retention.•

Vendor & Agency Management:

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when needed for specific marketing campaigns, including photography, videography, and design services.•

Brand Development:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms and mediums. Lead rebranding efforts when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content marketing• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software (e.g., Follow Up Boss), and analytics platforms• Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable results• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:• Knowledge of the real estate or construction industries• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)• Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and PPC campaigns• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
