Find out more about life at Croud here This is a client-facing, front-line management role for a highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking practitioner, who is passionate about digital marketing and specifically retail media marketplaces and networks such as Amazon, Walmart and Roundel (Target) . The successful candidate will demonstrate account, vertical, and channel expertise, strive for repeatable success, and have a desire to question everything in pursuit of operational and client service excellence. They will be expected to provide bold and confident recommendations and sound leadership, backed by innovative flair and analytical experience. The ideal candidate will support planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns in Amazon Ads , Walmart Connect, Roundel and various other retail media networks. As a Senior Account Manager, the ideal candidate will have a responsibility to manage and mentor others, support and develop client relationships, provide deep platform expertise, and contribute to department and channel best practices. They will have a deep desire for constant improvement of process and development of their teams and themselves. RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Account Manager will report directly to a Associate Director and will own a number of client tasks, including campaign planning, set up, reporting, and measurement from start to finish. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Set marketplace and retail media strategy that delivers profitable growth on behalf of our clients Understand the impact of retail media on the client's business to deliver sound recommendations by partner based on margin, digital penetration, and other digital shelf considerations Deliver and oversee execution of strategies on key platforms such as Amazon (both Vendor and Seller), Roundel, and Walmart ensuring operational excellence, including the leveraging of third party tools as needed Management of retail media network partnerships, inclusive of strategic approach, operational set up and ongoing optimization Support team on the day to day management of Amazon services for our clients: PDP (Product Detail Page) optimization Paid advertising strategies in AMS Loading in new A content Setting-up/updating Amazon Stores Reporting & analysis Updating product data/ specifications/ Images/ Pricing/ Discounts etc Advise on inventory management where required Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders (i.e. cross functional teams) Support client teams in trade negotiations with retailers Support business development by contributing to pitches and cross-selling Croud Retail Media capabilities to existing clients Contribute to the growing global Croud Retail Media practice via participation in regular specialism meetings, trainings, thought leadership, research of new partners, and the development of case studies Support the creation and deliver flawless client-facing reports, based on accurate data and insightful analysis Support the development of, and deliver account development plans or roadmaps based on client campaign briefs or on client KPIs When applicable, manage and develop Account Manager and Associates, including task delegation, training coordination, ad hoc constructive feedback, and Croud's career development framework process KEY STAKEHOLDERS Direct Line Manager: Associate Director, Retail Key Stakeholders: VP, Biddable REQUIRED QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE At least 5 years experience in digital marketing, demonstrating deep experience and knowledge in digital account management with a track record of exceeding performance goals against sales-related KPIs (purchases, subscribers, etc.) Strong technical skills with a minimum of 3 years hands on Amazon, Walmart, Roundel, or comparable platform experience Expert knowledge of Retail Media networks such as Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger and relevant best practices Experience in 3rd party retail media management tools such as Skai, Pacvue, Criteo, etc. a plus Proven experience in client expectation management roles and situations, able to manage and direct client expectations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven problem solver who can support and manage clients deliverables and projects to deadlines Solutions orientated with a growth mindset Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with impeccable attention to detail Enjoy and understand working with data, especially via Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in marketing, business admin, or related major a plus Experience with paid social media, programmatic, or other channels is beneficial COMPANY BENEFITS Every employee is eligible for the benefits listed on our careers site which include: Sales commission (If involved in a pitch) Annual performance based bonus 20 days vacation a year 12 public holidays Fully paid medical, dental and vision coverage Dependent contribution to Medical, dental and vision coverage Employer paid life insurance coverage Enhanced parental leave 401k matching plan Wellness/Gym contributions Free Citibike membership Recruitment referrals bonus Fruit, snacks, breakfast cereals and tea & coffee all provided Agile working policy Hybrid workspace benefit The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours). Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
