Imports, cleans, transforms, or manipulates data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes. Prepares data for marketing campaign execution. Designs new methods and best practices for analysis and presentation of comparative data across marketing channels. Translates data to action through verbal and written analytic storytelling. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. May be responsible for leading a team but does not directly manage people.Core Responsibilities

Build and implement actionable test design.Performs in depth research on root cause of data anomalies that are uncovered through normal course of analysis and proactively engages resources to correct.Crafts new methods and best practices for analysis and presentation of comparative data.Lead the development of a measurement framework for Media performance analytics.Responsible for Campaign list execution of direct response tactics through Adobe Campaign.Works multi-functionally with HQ, Regions, Enterprise Business Intelligence, Marketing Strategy and Media teams.Support adhoc analytical project requests and marketing business performance reporting.Leads discussions with business leaders and customers to understand and influence data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.Analyzes large, sophisticated data to identify actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.Queries disparate data platforms such as Teradata, SQL Server, and AWS.Combines data as needed from disparate data sources to complete analysis.Identifies key business drivers and insights by conducting exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.Analyzes the results of campaigns, offers or initiatives to measure their effectiveness and finds opportunities for improvement.Communicates findings clearly and concisely through presentations and effective data visualizations to Company executives and decision makers.Promotes and evangelizes a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.Knows the latest emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning and applies them to business challenges.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven background in Direct Response and Media Marketing channel performance, analytics and Key Performance Indicators.Comparable analytic experience within a marketing environment, preferably in direct responseProven leadership experience in the area of campaign performance tracking (Direct Mail, Email, Digital and Media channels).Adept at delivering infographics or distilling sophisticated data into graphical presentations.Expertise with several leading data and analytics tools, such as Excel, Tableau, SQL Server, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics.Proficient in SQL to query large data platforms.Strong Analytic and critical thinking skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Employees at all levels are encouraged to:

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
