Job Overview:The Experience Agency is seeking a talented Director of Photography (DP) to lead our visual storytelling efforts. This role provides the opportunity to work on a range of internal and client projects, including our film festival, mobile app art gallery, and streaming platform. Some projects may offer compensation depending on the client, but this position is ideal for those looking to expand their portfolio and gain significant industry experience.
Responsibilities:
Visual Design:
Develop the visual style and design for each project, working closely with the Director and creative team.
Camera Operation:
Oversee and operate cameras during shoots, ensuring the highest quality footage.
Lighting:
Collaborate with the Gaffer to design and implement effective lighting schemes.
Team Leadership:
Lead the camera crew and manage on-set operations to ensure smooth production.
Post-Production:
Work with the post-production team to maintain visual consistency and quality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Director of Photography in film and video production.
Strong technical skills with cameras, lighting, and related equipment.
Excellent visual storytelling and composition skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage on-set operations.
Having your own camera and lighting equipment is a plus.
