If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating effectively with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.Create technical packets in PLM ensuring commercial viability with factories and cost-effectiveness.Review technical packets and samples for design accuracy.Execute design and fit intent into bulk production while upholding corporate standards.Collaborate with team members to align on design and fit intent.Identify production, quality, and costing issues, and provide recommendations.Work closely with the Quality department to address production quality issues.Negotiate costs with vendors.Ensure size and fit consistency within the brand and across product categories.Lead fit sessions and maintain fit base Libraries.Review and update the How-To-Measure Manual.Track and manage workflow and workload.Engage business partners proactively to address issues.Participate in meetings and process reviews.Assist team members with pattern and grading questions.Guide less tenured colleagues through discrepancies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.7-9+ years of related experience.Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.Denim Experience a Plus.Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Creative problem-solving approach.Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.Strong multitasking and time management skills.Ability to work well under pressure and analyze quality standards.Expert knowledge of fabrics, construction, finishes, trims, fitting, and techniques.Expertise in patternmaking, grading, construction, and fit adjustments.Ability to mentor teammates and share expertise.Understanding of how Product Development decisions impact other areas of the Company.
