Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.The Art Supervisor is responsible for managing the brand work and overseeing junior members of the art team by managing projects, delegating assignments, and approving work. They work closely with a cross-disciplinary team to maintain brand consistency and excellence on all jobs. The Art Supervisor will also ensure that all work is on strategy, within budget, and contributes to growing our client's business.You Will:

Responsible for routing projects and maintaining version and quality control of owned assets through the lifecycle of projects and ensuring junior team members do as well.Responsible for the integrity of the work created by self and team; ensure all brand standards and agency standards are met; able to support junior team members in client meetings.Demonstrate high level of professional expertise and design and conceptual skills in the development of day-to-day projects.Viewed as the team's art partner, specifically sought out for collaboration with account services, strategy, and project management.Maintain open and ongoing communication to express project and resourcing needs, ensuring that client goals remain the drivers throughout the development process.You Have:

2-3 years pharmaceutical marketing experience.5 years agency experience.Proficiency in Adobe CS; basic knowledge of HTML 5, Sketch/XD/Figma, and Video Production; command of PowerPoint and able to build engaging presentations using established templates.Proven track record of brand ownership and team mentorship.Understand FDA requirements for medical communications.Thorough understanding of print and digital production processes and best practices.Presentation skills, able to discuss the brand holistically, providing medical, strategic, and creative rationale for work.Inizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages, and outstanding company-paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off.We're a global full-service health marketing agency that creates and accelerates transformative health brands, businesses, and experiences for healthcare professionals and patients.
