Your role as Media Manager:

We are seeking a Media Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, working with live buying platforms. You will collaborate with teams and media partners to ensure campaigns are performance-driven, budget-compliant, and aligned with client goals.

You Will:

• Manage multi-channel paid media campaigns focused on pharma and healthcare audiences.
• Work with strategy, analytics, and creative teams to develop integrated, patient-centric campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize media performance and meet regulatory KPIs.
• Stay updated on digital trends and platform changes to ensure optimal media execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and oversee budgets and flowcharts.
• Translate healthcare messaging into targeted strategies for HCP and DTC campaigns.
• Collaborate directly with clients to meet campaign goals.

You Have:

• At least 1 year of experience in media planning or buying.
• Experience with digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and endemic publishers.
• Comfort working in a regulated environment.
• A collaborative and proactive approach.
• Ability to work remotely supporting East Coast hours.
