We would love to have you come join the party.About Our OpportunityWe are seeking a Project Manager to work in the Philadelphia Corporate office. The Project Manager will work with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization to form a roadmap for all incoming programs, overseeing them from inception through completion. This position is responsible for delegating tasks, mapping out timelines, developing SOPs and big picture analysis.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the intake and completion of all projects requested of the Creative Services Department.Manage departmental program schedule and maintain communication with Sales and Product Development on yearly schedule for UI and major customers; works closely with Product Development and Sourcing on upcoming projects.Oversee all catalog development from intake to completion, creating and managing the schedule, while tracking for historical reference.Work across multiple documents for numerous programs and projects simultaneously, keeping all requests up to date on Teamwork.Oversee departmental operations and procedures and work with Creative management to identify pain points and implement solutions or temporary workarounds; outline long-term improvements if current solution is not ideal.Maintain the integrity of departmental workflow and project management best practices, collaborating with other departments to ensure visibility and cohesion.Communicate workflow, resources and status updates on behalf of the Creative team in weekly status meetings with Sales and Product Development.Utilize Teamwork and PIM system to research item and project information, pull reports, and analyze data and trends.Manage departmental resources and supplies, and coordinate technology updates with IT.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.QualificationsMust be extremely organized.Strong people-management and communication skills.Thorough understanding of creative processes, including creative production.Must have a high level of comfort working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven culture.Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).Understanding of Teamwork or similar workflow tool strongly preferred.Understanding of print methods preferred.Bachelor's degree in a related field required.At least 3 years of direct experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or performing planning-related duties required; 4 or more years strongly preferred.Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.The appropriate level will be assigned based on individual’s education and experience.Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Unique Industries, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and affords equal opportunity to all applicants and employees for all positions without regards to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other status protected under local, state or federal laws.
