Associate Production Manager, Channels, Internal Corporate Communications Job ID: 2756411 | Amazon.com Services LLCThe Internal Corporate Communications team is looking for an Associate Production Manager to support project management, production, quality assurance, and publishing of internal news and content to corporate employees. This role requires multi-channel publishing, content production, and project management expertise, excellent writing and copy-editing skills, a sharp focus on quality assurance, and an ability to use data to inform communications strategy. As part of their role, Associate Production Manager will collaborate with vendors and functional teams in Internal Corporate Communications, Communications and Corporate Responsibility, and Global Real Estate and Facilities, including Editorial, Design, Insights, Events, and Campaigns. They will help shape communications strategy and best practices for select internal communications channels.The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and effective copy, and an understanding of what makes effective visual communications. They can easily identify subpar communications and educate stakeholders and business partners on how to maintain bar-raising quality on internal channels. They are curious, tenacious, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring that employees receive the information they want and need to know at the right time and in the right format.The role requires strong judgment, ability to think and communicate clearly, and experience with publishing content to large audiences on digital and physical platforms. The successful candidate excels on fast-paced teams and projects and has a Bias for Action to identify gaps and find solutions quickly.Key job responsibilities

Lead the daily production calendar, process, and assignments for digital and physical signage content in Amazon’s corporate buildings.Support pre-production and publishing of communications and materials on other internal channels as needed.Help coordinate news coverage, employee experience content, and campaigns with line editors, designers, and business partners.Pen clear and effective copy; help team anticipate the needs of the channel with regard to photos, graphics, video, and other production elements.Collaborate with Product, Tech, and vendor teams to troubleshoot technical issues and maximize the value of digital signage to global audiences.Develop subject matter expertise on channel-specific best practices and help popularize them with functional teams and partners.Contribute feedback and ideas for improvement for existing content production flows across Amazon’s internal communications channels.Support Production Managers with targeting and segmentation to optimize employee experience and content relevance.Work with communications and creative teams to experiment with special, channel-specific content utilizing the resources and storytelling of the entire Global Communications and Community Impact organization.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree

Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.- 3+ years in digital/physical signage production, copywriting, or creative strategy roles for a publisher/media/marketing agency.- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing or media experience.- Copy-editing and production experience in marketing/banner or out-of-home advertising/social media.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, newsroom workflow, and content management systems.- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, visual editing, design, and/or data visualization software (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flourish, Datawrapper).- Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Strong design and editorial judgment on what makes digital copy and design effective with target audiences.- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with an international footprint.- Experience setting channel-specific goals and optimizing content experience continuously to meet them.- Clear concise communicator and demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced environment.- Thorough knowledge of digital news environment.- Familiarity with web analytics tools and ability to develop accurate content reporting and audience insights for leadership and partners.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
