Senior Product Designer, Commerce Lifecycle & Platform We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Commerce Lifecycle & Platform XD team at Netflix. This team is responsible for creating innovative and delightful customer acquisition and retention experiences while helping drive Netflix’s revenue growth opportunities globally.

Our mission is to turn every Netflix non-member and member into an informed, delighted, and satisfied Netflix customer.As a senior-level Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with other seasoned product and content designers, product managers, consumer insight researchers, engineers, and stakeholders.Responsibilities:10+ years of Product Design experience with a preference for taking consumer products from zero to one and scaling products from one to one hundred million.Extensive experience working with web and native mobile products; TV UI experience is a big plus.Experience with algo-driven products and a deep understanding of the technicality of algo-powered user experience.Top-notch design craft and ability to rapidly ideate and produce design concepts.Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate and defend your design while making trade-offs with complex product and policy definitions.Ability to wear a Product Manager’s hat by thinking through the lens of business impact.A willingness to fail and learn; mature, ego-free, and welcoming of candid feedback.Desire to have a large impact at a growing company and work with a high-performance team.Commitment to tackling hard problems that others have yet to solve.PAY TRANSPARENCYOur compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.
