The Content Infrastructure & Solutions (CIS) team, especially Studio Foundations Engineering (SFE), plays a crucial role in enabling Netflix's content creation and delivery, focusing on operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. As part of the Content Security team, you will develop scalable solutions to identify security risks within our business ecosystem and prevent unauthorized exposure of pre-release assets and data. About You
You are a skilled full-stack engineer with a solid foundation in software engineering principles and a product-oriented mindset. You enjoy working on innovative projects, building both front-end and back-end features, and solving complex problems with appropriate solutions. You are self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, maintainable, and performant products. You are capable of end-to-end development, including API design, data storage organization, and architecture planning, using technologies like JavaScript, CSS, Node/TypeScript, or Java. Required Skills
8+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Java Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React (preferred) or Vue Backend API development experience Interest or experience in API architecture and microservices Strong data modeling skills Ability to produce scalable, maintainable solutions Excellent stakeholder communication skills Nice to Have
Experience with authentication, authorization, and security tools Experience building platforms or user interfaces for various user personas Familiarity with GraphQL Knowledge of workflow or rules-engine systems Additional Information
