The Position:Are you ready to pioneer the future of customer experience and digital engagement? Join Kid Explorer Club Corporation as our Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator in the vibrant city of Chicago, IL.

The Work:Bringing Our Brand to Life:

Serve as the frontline ambassador for customer experience, engaging with parents and families through phone, email, and in-person interactions at our camp location.

Curate and promote the camp experience through a dynamic camp blog and various social media channels, providing families with real-time insights into their camper’s activities.

Professional Communication:

Conduct professional and intentional communication with parents and camper families, ensuring top-notch attention to detail and care in every interaction.

Exemplify our mission to help campers achieve their personal best, celebrating successes and addressing individual needs with excellence.

Organizing with Precision:

Manage daily schedules and camper forms with meticulous detail, overseeing camper drop-off, pick-up, and other logistical aspects of the camp experience.

Welcome new families with personalized phone calls and follow-up after their camp experience to ensure a seamless journey.

Developing Brand Skills:

Craft diverse forms of engaging social media content to captivate enrolled and prospective camp families, showcasing the essence of Kid Explorer Club Corporation.

Express our ethos, mission, and brand identity through consistent and compelling content updates across digital platforms.

Active Team Participation:

Arrive punctually and communicate effectively with your team, embodying loyalty and dedication to both campers and colleagues.

Engage in collaborative post-camp meetings to exchange feedback and best practices with fellow team members.

The Requirements:

Completed at least two years at an accredited undergraduate institution or equivalent educational experience.

Favorable consideration for majors in communications and business, with prior experience in phone, email, or in-person customer service preferred.

Ability to perform all job-related tasks, including physical requirements such as sitting, standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
