Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

The Business Analyst will receive, process, and present data and information regarding weekly Service Requests (Infrastructure Service Requests). They will be responsible for gathering business and technical requirements during the client kick off meetings and consulting with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) on tasks required to complete integrated projects for all Telecommunication services, such as WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, Contact/Call Centers, Telephony, and Video. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects based on agency assignments.
Position Responsibilities:
Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for all IT solutions and identify impacted business processes to determine best process and IT solution integrationObtain and report on business and technical requirementsFacilitate review sessions to discuss projectsWork with multiple network platforms, such as WAN, MLAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and video conferencingDisseminate information effectively to all technical teams, customers, and technical managers, utilizing an understanding of large (enterprise) and complex network environment
Position Qualifications:
5+ years of experience interacting with and dealing with customers and end users3-5 years of experience in a large, enterprise setting3-5 years of experience working within a telecommunications environment and with multiple network platforms and/or network lines of service3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft ExcelExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational and prioritization skillsPrevious experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, and/or departments in enterprise environments2+ years of experience with DevOps processes preferred1+ year of experience with Clarity preferredA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
