The Development Division represents some of Florida’s most iconic new developments and renowned brands worldwide, providing an unparalleled level of service and proven results for its clients.About you.We're seeking a designer with expertise in brand/design systems and proficiency in Figma for a hybrid position in sunny Miami, Florida. Must have 3-5 years of experience and a keen eye for detail. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Some of the tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to the following:Create a variety of marketing assets and templates in Figma under the direction of the Sr. VP of Marketing and Creative Director.Design full print Ads.Assets & design tokens for our brand.Execute design work in an effective way to send a clear message.Help enforce consistency of the brand on all marketing materials.Interpret the needs of each project from a strategic point of view and translate them into creative concepts to suit the project's purpose.Think of new ideas and fresh concepts to elevate our brand.Requirements4-6 years of progressive Design work scope.Proficient use of Figma is a must. (2-5 years experience).PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects; basic DreamWeaver.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related creative field.BenefitsJoin a luxury growing company with an energetic work environment.
