Seeking an ENTRY level Distribution Designer
This individual will be part of the Distribution Team in the Maitland (Orlando) Office and Florida projects such as pole replacements, transformers, reclosers, Overhead and Underground, SOG, reconductoring, insulators, volt conversions, etc., using Duke software (BOUD, Maximo, PoleForman).
This position will require field work in the first few months of the contract, mostly site inspections to support design.
Minimum Qualifications:
AA degree in Design/Drafting and 0 years of experience OR 1-2 years of Distribution Design experience without degree
AutoCad experience a must from school projects/internships/work experience
BOUD, Maximo, PoleForman highly preferred but not required
Interest in power distribution/utilities
Experience Level:
Entry Level
Pay:
$20-26/hr depending on experience level
Schedule:
Flexible hours, 4/10 schedule (EVERY Friday is an off Friday)
Office and field work. Use of company vehicle available.
