Oversee all operational aspects of flagship events, including landing pages, registration flows, emails, campaigns and onsite hardware.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful and seamless execution, exceptional event experiences, and effective project management.Monitor and maintain data quality within Marketo, Salesforce, RainFocus, Bizzabo, and Snowhouse to ensure accurate and reliable information for campaign execution and analysis.Ensure event catalogs, agendas, speakers, product SKUs, and discount codes are up to date and being tracked correctly across all systems.Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and event platform management, incorporating new insights into campaign strategies and execution.Improve workflows, tool features and optimize data collection, establish governance policies and drive standardization.Identify, document, and implement new solutions and processes to improve the operational efficiency of events, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall effectiveness.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, event management, or related roles.Knowledge of a wide range of event technologies, registration systems, mobile apps, gamification, and event analytics.Experience with the following systems: Marketo, Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Wordpress, AEM, Bizzabo, Cvent, RainFocus.Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; a customer-first attitude toward your internal stakeholders is key.Detail oriented, organized and have an eye for detail particularly in the context of building complicated business systems and seeing longer term implications of certain decisions.Experience with Wrike is a plus.
