The Content Associate will play a key role in supporting our Brand & Content Strategy capability by assisting with the development of content best practices, case studies, training materials, benchmarks, and brand strategy/content workshops.The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking skills, is an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and is passionate about consumer-centric brands and best in class campaign/content development. The abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay current with industry content trends is crucial for success in this role.This role will support GP's retail & professional brand portfolios. Georgia-Pacific is home to many iconic brands including: Dixie (www.dixie.com), Quilted Northern (www.quiltednorthern.com), Brawny (www.brawny.com), Sparkle (www.sparkletowels.com) and AngelSoft (www.angelsofte.com).What You Will DoDeveloping content best practices across channels/platforms (such as online video, display, Meta, TikTok, streaming audio, eCommerce, LinkedIn, etc) for retail + pro brandsDeveloping materials & case studies for content inspiration & training sessions for retail + pro brands (Topics may include: Generative AI Tools, Developing Best-in-Class Social Content, Superbowl Ads Assessment, Inclusivity & Portrayals of Women & Cultures in Advertising)Partnering with Consumer Knowledge & CX Transformation teams to identify and recommend KPI's for assessing and benchmarking digital & social content effectiveness, including leveraging AI toolsAssisting development & facilitation of brand strategy workshops (topics may include integrated brand planning, brand architecture & positioning, brand mascot guidelines) for retail & pro brandsCreating & maintaining a database of non-working investments across agencies and brands to provide insights & support to brand teams for SOW and Production Fee negotiationsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of experience in Marketing)At least 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related fieldExperience in project managementExperience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What Will Put You AheadKnowledge of various types of brand content across video, audio, display, social and/or eCommerce channelsFamiliarity with brand management or marketingAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
