Global Marketing Strategy Manager

in GCI (Global Construction and Infrastructure), you will serve as a global strategist, partnering with Product groups working on various transformational projects aimed at growing market share through portfolio management, robust Go-To Market process execution and product, industry or segment focused projects. Projects related to business and process transformation that contribute to driving profitable PINS growth will be under the responsibility of this role.In this role, you will be the conduit for all transformational initiatives around portfolio management strategy development and execution for GCI. You will work closely across Construction Industries (CI) segment MBDs (Machine Business Division), Senior GCI Product Consultants (SPCs), key enterprise partners and dealers prioritized for global impact. These transformational projects are highly targeted but not limited to, product development, positioning and industry solutions go-to-market strategies at a global scale.You will also serve as an effective strategy champion with demonstrated credibility in the organization. You will be proficient to lead, influence without authority, mitigate and manage complex challenges to drive progress forward ensuring seamless execution across all levels.What You Will Do:Spearhead and provide strategic support in key transformational GCI Global Marketing projects.Develop and guide the GCI portfolio management process, further embedding this into our GCI organization for profitable Percentage of Industry Sales (PINS) growth across all regions and MBDs.Provide strategic support and governance with the GCI Sales and Marketing senior team members to prioritize, align and understand key initiatives aligned with the GCI growth targets.Drive thought leadership, guiding strategic project teams across business units, senior leadership, sales management, marketing teams and dealers in planning marketing and growth strategies.Collaborate with the diverse GCI sales/marketing teams and across business units on strategic projects aimed at driving growth of profitable PINS.Develop marketing strategies and support industry teams to achieve the enterprise profitable (machine and services) growth vision.Drive internal and external communication that supports business objectives, ensuring clarity in communication of objectives, expectations and thriving in managing accountability in a complex environment.What you have:Strategic thinking
