Summary

To serve the members of Samaritan Ministries International (SMI) by establishing and improving advanced, ministry wide marketing programs to increase impact and effectiveness at all levels of the funnel to grow overall ministry membership.

Serve as lead for specific advanced, complex, or ministry-wide marketing programs and campaigns to drive results aligned with ministry objectives and valuesIdentify creative solutions for advanced, complex, or ministry-wide marketing programs and campaigns and develop overall goals, objectives, and KPIs aligned with overall marketing and ministry strategy and plans, ministry values, and program value propositions.Collaborate with functional lead, or supervise other members of the marketing team as appropriate to deliver all elements of programs and campaigns, including but not limited to content, project plans including deadlines and resourcing, targeting, marketing lead scoring and qualification, and budget allocation.Report progress and performance of advanced, complex, or ministry-wide marketing programs and campaigns on a regular basis to marketing and ministry leadership as appropriate.Serve as a Marketing stakeholder or lead for cross-functional projects as appropriate.Contribute to overall marketing planning including leading planning efforts for specific areas and sections of the planCollaborate with other members of the marketing team to contribute to brand and other marketing programs and campaigns led by other team members providing experienced counsel and relevant expertiseConduct market research and analysis of relevant data to identify opportunities for growth and develop creative solutions to leverage those opportunitiesOptimize advanced, complex, or ministry-wide marketing programs and campaigns across various channels (both digital and offline)Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing to continuously improve results and share with other members of the marketing team to serve as an example and a coachPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications and Experience

5+ years experience building and improving growth marketing programs4 year degree in relevant field preferredStaff are required to possess applicable knowledge to bring value to SMI in this role, know and utilize resources well, ask questions to ensure full understanding. gain and retain knowledge to keep up with changes, and accept and engage with training to grow knowledge for current and future responsibilities.Knowledge of latest industry news and trendsGeneral knowledge of marketing principles (Advanced)Knowledge of current Digital Advertising Tools (Advanced), platforms, and tactical capabilitiesKnowledge of current SEO (Advanced), organic social, and other content marketing systemsKnowledge of conditions and goals for relevant SMI departmentsKnowledge of Excel (Intermediate) in performing data analysis and reportingExcellent written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across all SMI departmental lines effectively, managing group and interpersonal conflict situations.Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to adapt to change within a fast-paced environment, and learn and navigate new Software quickly.Additional Information

Tasks are normally conducted in a regular office environment, requiring use of computer, mouse, drawing tablet, and other standard office equipment.
