Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Responsibilities:Apply strategic visual thinking to deliver end-to-end brand creative visual solutions with a focus on brand visual identityTurn go-wide explorations into solid concepts and extend those concepts into designs that resonate with specific brand audiencesUtilize industry design standards and best practices to define and implement design criteria, design guidelines, and design specsStay up to date with new technologies and industry trendsCollaborate effectively with other team designers, researchers, leadership/project stakeholders, program management, marketing, and other team membersPrioritize work & multi-task well; Wear multiple hats, self-manage creative bandwidth and clearly escalate constraints. Support adjacent areas like art direction and design production when neededRequirements:Strong conceptual thinking5+ years of visual design experience working on building and extending brand visual identities, creating award-winning design pieces, scaling end-to-end event identitiesIntimate knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other modern design toolsStrong leadership skills: ability to work independently with fellow creative collaborators, copywriters, art directors, etc. Be able to clearly communicate with leaders and project stakeholders. As a senior creative, be able to mentor junior designersBA degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
