Little Bites Marketing Co-Op 1/2025-5/2025
Bimbo Bakeries USA is offering a Little Bites Marketing Co-Op. The co-op is a 5- month program that offers students a remarkable opportunity to participate in fast-paced real-world projects designed to further develop strategic project management, analytical problem solving, and managerial leadership skills. Mentors will be designated to guide Co-Op collaborations and project work in each area. Marketing Interns support Bimbo Bakeries in the development and execution of marketing plans. #LI-JS1
Salary Range: $20-22/ hour
Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport Brand Team in day-to-day, cross functional meetings and communication with Sales, Operations, and outside agencies about marketing programsSupport Brand Team in key product initiativesWork closely with Brand Team to align messaging and creative with the strategic brand positioningParticipate and help coordinate the implementation of quarterly social media calendars, website updates, and consumer email communicationsMonitor and report on program results, making recommendations for future promotionsDevelop/train on analytical tools (Margin Minder & Circana) to facilitate report outsSupport Brand Team on miscellaneous projects including presentation preparation, coordination of sampling, premiums, trade shows, etcAct as a passionate advocate for the Brand in every way possibleKnowledge/Experience
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or other related majorStrong verbal and written communication skills. Candidate should be capable of initiating and maintaining strong interpersonal relationshipsDemonstrated analytical skills with ability to generate business insights from diverse data sourcesAbility to organize and prioritize work; juggle several projects at onceSelf-motivation and a desire to learn a very interesting and challenging industry
