The TeamOur client is seeking a UX UI Designer to join the clients Information Technology (IT) team.The IT team delivers quality software solutions that provide measurable business value. Day to day you will develop and execute design solutions for desktop and mobile platforms.As a UX UI Designer, you will partner cross-functionally to create best-in-class solutions.
What You Can Offer UsPartner with the Project Team to solve complex user and application problems.Create wireframe mockups and interactive prototypes for proof-of-concept and usability testing with business customers.Provide functional and technical expertise on information architecture, user interactions, navigation, and visual design.Create user experience deliverables based on business and functional requirements, including user surveys and research, site maps, personas, content inventories, usage scenarios, interaction annotations, wireframes, and prototypes.Partner with the Marketing team to influence and inform standards at an enterprise level to maintain best-in-class web standards of usability and design.Conduct usability sessions with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and solution enhancements.Ensure that all software products meet an exceptional standard of usability and design excellence and comply with Company and product branding standards; work to continuously improve the user experience.Contribute to the growth of members of the IT team through mutual experience, learning, and mentoring.Lead user research initiatives and promote continuous improvement of user experience best practices for all applications.Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to SucceedBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.A minimum of 10 years of Business Applications Interaction, User Experience, or User Interface Design experience is required.Experience working on and leading cross-functional IT Projects is required.Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
