Join us!What we're seeking:Frontier seeks a Senior Director of Product Marketing to be responsible for achieving demand generation and market leadership goals. This role is responsible for leading a small team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will direct go-to-market strategies and plans that leverage product positioning, promotions, and messaging to win market share in the medium and enterprise markets via targeted segmentation and integrated campaigns.You will develop successful GTM lead/demand generation campaigns. You will also ensure successful product launches through collaboration with cross-functional teams from engineering, product management, IT, operations, consumer marketing, and sales teams. You will leverage all marketing tactics, digital and offline, to successfully meet penetration and sales conversion targets. You will consistently review lead universe and prospect lists to refine targeted campaigns for success. You will learn and apply through iteration, pivot when necessary, and drive to meet objectives. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX to complete your work responsibilities.What we need in you:You are driven by leading and serving great teams. You influence others to get things done and thrive in ambiguous environments.What you'll do:Responsible for the strategic roadmap of sales campaigns for the business group across Enterprise and SMB organizationsDevelop the go-to-market plans and lead the execution to achieve product, business, and market share goalsBridge the gap between the sales, marketing, and product teams, and IT teams - keep sales objectives as the core focusBe an expert on market definition, market sizing, the competitive landscape, and reasons why we win/loseCreate clear and concise positioning and messaging for our productsWork closely with product management, PR, sales, and customer success teams to increase market awareness, understanding, and presence to build pipeline and revenueLeverage product promotions and pricing to drive business strategy and resultsConduct gap analysis on competitors by marketReview lead universe and prospect lists to consistently refine and develop insight and understanding of the buyer personas and buying process to inform product and marketing plansCollaborate with product and sales teams to develop high-impact product demosWork with creative teams to map content to the buying committee for each stage of the buyer journey.
