We’re looking for a

Pipeline and Marketing Operations Manager

to join Procore’s Revenue Operations team as a key player focused on enhancing the scalability, agility, and productivity of our global team, with a particular focus on pipeline analysis and marketing.

In this role, you’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leaders across the Go-To-Market organization and play a vital role in supporting, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on Procore’s pipeline generation efforts and effectiveness. You'll leverage operational expertise, strategic insight, and data analytics to continually optimize the marketing funnel and sales pipeline, identify growth opportunities, and support initiatives that propel our growth trajectory.

This position reports into the Director of Sales & Marketing Pipeline Strategy and has the opportunity to be based in any of our US-based offices or work remotely. We’re looking for someone to join our dynamic team immediately.

What You’ll Do:

- Supporting Strategic Efforts: Propose and support strategies and best practices that enhance operational cadences, scalability, and productivity within the revenue motion, with a focus on optimizing marketing and sales pipeline effectiveness. Prioritize both strategic business projects and operational tasks essential to sustaining day-to-day business functions.

- Collaborate with Go-To-Market Stakeholders: Serve as a key liaison and business partner to select Marketing leaders, fostering robust partnerships and alignment. Cultivate a robust internal network across Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Corporate Strategy, Data Analytics, Enablement and other key teams to enhance the effectiveness of the marketing funnel and sales pipeline, ultimately driving higher conversion rates and revenue growth. Effectively relay feedback between front-line stakeholders and GTM leaders, communicating issues, trends, and friction points.

- Analyze Performance: Conduct comprehensive pipeline and marketing analysis, including pacing assessments, funnel flow, source effectiveness. Identify gaps in pipeline generation then develop and communicate actionable plans for improvement.

- Forecast and Report: Collaborate with Data Analytics to establish a robust pipeline forecasting workflow with defined key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress. Prepare presentation decks and deliver performance insights during recurring pipeline update meetings, summarizing coverage, trends, and projections.

- Manage Operational Meeting Cadences: Assist in refining and optimizing Go-To-Market interlock meetings, weekly pipeline updates, monthly reflections, and Quarterly Business Reviews with marketing, sales, partner, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on GTM strategies. Support actionable meeting outcomes aligned to strategic business objectives.

- Identify Pipeline Growth Initiatives: Identify and prioritize opportunities for pipeline growth in collaboration with Sales Leaders and Business Partners. Develop and implement actionable plans that enhance pipeline quality and boost conversion rates. Stay informed of industry trends to ensure Procore's pipeline management and marketing operations remain innovative and effective.

- Support Marketing Planning: Assist in the development and maintenance of a cohesive marketing planning strategy that aligns with the company’s revenue bookings plan, ensuring flexibility in response to performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA or similar advanced degree desirable.

5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations

Prior experience in a large-scale technology company required; familiarity with enterprise software preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaborative, cross-functional relationships across various levels and organizational roles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams and influencing stakeholders.

Proficiency in problem-solving and analytics, with a knack for contributing to complex problem-solving processes.

Flexibility to adapt swiftly to evolving demands, coupled with a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications:Additional Information

Base Pay Range $113,560 - $156,145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
