Will need to go into Coppell office on occasion.Overview:Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Vice President, Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives supporting our supply chain and commerce SaaS software. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that integrate digital content, marketing channels, and delivery methods to drive increased customer engagement, brand awareness, and pipeline. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing, paid media, customer experience, and omnichannel strategies.What you will do:Digital StrategyDevelop comprehensive digital and omnichannel marketing strategy across key vertical markets such as manufacturing, retail, and logistics in alignment with overall business objectives.Lead the creation of innovative digital advertising, digital experience, and other omnichannel marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Oversee the integration of digital marketing with traditional marketing efforts to drive increased quality traffic to Blue Yonder digital properties and ensure a cohesive digital experience.Lead the evolution and optimization of all digital marketing channels including web properties, paid media programs, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.Drives and encourages experimentation and learning for our digital initiatives through efforts such as A/B testing, audience targeting, and exploration of new media opportunities.Digital Execution & ManagementCollaborate with marketing ops, creative teams and agencies to oversee the creation of high-quality digital content and ensure compelling and consistent delivery.Manage digital resources, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Establish digital marketing goals, align key performance indicators (KPIs), and leverage analytics and insights to continuously measure, refine, and improve omnichannel program performance.Work closely with field marketing, strategy, and sales to ensure alignment of digital strategies with sales plays, product launches, bookings goals, and regional/vertical needs.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, high performance, and professional development for team members.Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and business objectives.Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation and experiences.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role; experience in enterprise SaaS is highly desirable.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital and omnichannel marketing strategiesStrong understanding of paid media, customer experience, and the digital marketing landscape.Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum ROI.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience with marketing tools such as Sitecore, Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Salesloft, etc.#LI-REMOTE-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is: $193,198.10 - $240,801.89 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
