Job Description

We invite you to join the Ramboll Americas Clients, Communications & Marketing (CCM) team. As our new

Marketing Systems Manager , you will be part of an experienced team with diversity in age, gender, educational and professional backgrounds. We pride ourselves on communicating Ramboll's value externally, building client-focused relationships, and creating compelling sales packages. As a manager in the CCM team, you will drive support and drive the Americas systems that support client and sale activities, including RamLink, CRM, key account management, and market research tools, to deliver operational efficiencies and support revenue growth. You will also manage the workload of a team of professionals to support these C&S activities.

Your key responsibilities will be:Managing an experienced team of marketing professionals, including successful completion of Ramboll's corporate policies required of people managers and assigning work in a manner that creates a balanced workload and proper strategic fit for the team.Other managerial duties, including developing goals and objectives and strategic vision for the team, delegating work, training, mentoring, staff development, approval of vacation time, regular check-ins, and leading a regularly occurring team-wide meeting.Supporting user adoption of CRM in the Americas, including training, coaching, issue support and troubleshooting, and driving best practices to ensure data quality.Supporting data analytics and metrics, including Power BI analysis, pipeline reporting, dashboard developmentSupport adoption of market research tools, including sales navigator and IMSSupport mergers and acquisitions through onboardingSupporting growth initiative and key account teams and leading assignment of marketing staff to support team organization, market strategy development, and efficiency in utilizing systems and processes, including Ramboll's client relationship management (CRM) software.Qualifications

About You:

Bachelor's degree (marketing or business) and 10+ years of experience or master's degree (MBA or MS Marketing) and 8+ years of experienceDemonstrated management and leadership skillsPrior experience in and solid understanding of the nature of consulting work and the Architectural, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industryTechnical skills in reading, writing, and proofreading in the English LanguageComputer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, PowerBI, or MS Dynamics is a plus
