What You'll Do:Develops long-range departmental planning and provides input to strategic planning. Develops talent, processes, and routines to set up marketing as a strong growth channel for multiple lines of business.Efficiently and effectively leads a team to execute breakthrough marketing and integrated campaigns across channels that are on brand and on strategy (email/direct mail, SEO, social, print, video)Develops and manages a scalable growth strategy based on competitive intelligence, market insights, and business objectives while evaluating other distribution channels for existing and new productsDefines, measures, and reports on the performance of all organic and paid marketing channels/campaigns; assesses against ROI and KPI goals including customer acquisition and retentionCreates a content strategythat supports business objectives with a focus across the buyer's journey. This will include the development of channel-specific goals, which requires: optimizing websites, creating/managing budgets, creating detailed reporting regularly.Owns and efficiently scales marketing spend, allocating investment appropriately and optimizing a blend of channels to hit growth targets efficiently, while still thinking long-term.Manages customer segmentation strategy, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message, place, and time.Matures the analytics function to include AB testing programs that support continual test and learn mindset.Partners with key stakeholders in engineering, sales, product, and service to improve the customer experience and present a cohesive, memorable brand.Makes compelling business cases to expand marketing spend based on intelligent risk-taking.Develops and presents performance summaries for leadership, identifying key areas of opportunity and risk.What You'll Bring:At least 10 years of marketing experience5-8+ years' experience in people manager roleBachelor's Degree or higher, with focus in marketing5+ years of experience in demand gen, specifically within DTC companies; B2B experience a plusExperience owning business outcomes for marketing, and demonstrated success in driving initiatives to meet and surpass goals and objectivesAdaptability, and comfort working within a fast-paced environmentCreativity, innovation, and a love of experimentationMindsetThinks big picture : Growth is holistic, expanding beyond just acquisition and performance marketingExperimental : Naturally curious; makes data-driven decisions, in a timely manner, to solve problems and propose ideas.Forward thinking : Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, respecting the past, while remaining flexible and open to new ideas and driving transformationActs like an owner:

Translates results into digestible information and stays away from buzzwordy jargon.Pay Range: $145,00- $193,325 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
