Job Summary

The VP of Marketing role is a strategic leadership position with a significant impact on commercial success for the W.C. Bradley Outdoor Cooking division. The leader is the point person for all brand decisions related to Pit Boss, Charbroil, and Oklahoma Joe's. This leader will drive the strategy, planning, creative direction, and execution of the Brand Marketing plan to achieve financial and brand equity targets. The role will have direct reports across Marketing Communications, Market Research, Creative Services, Direct-to-Consumer and New Initiatives.

Reporting to the Group President-Outdoor Cooking, the leader will play a key role in the senior leadership team to steer overall strategy, drive operating plans, and help lead a global organization with over 75-yeawr history and 600 team members.

Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership - Market Research and Analytics, Identify market opportunities and set goals for market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Drive analysis to launch plans and in-market results to optimize Marketing performance and overall business performance. Position yourself as a leading expert in Brand Excellence within the industry.Team Management - Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Develop a high-performing team with caring, collaborative, and courageous leadership. Create a team environment that supports creativity and risk-taking to maximize brand share. Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent and ensure alignment with the company overall objectives. Responsible for building talent pipelines to retain high performance talent.Brand Management

- Assess the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity across all marketing channels providing strategy and directions for brand consistency and compliance with guidelines for all marketing materials and activities. Set brand strategy for a house of leading brands. Define the brand architecture and consumer communication plan for all brands.Digital Marketing

- Optimize the marketing funnel (awareness to conversion) for Direct-to-Consumer website eCommerce. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI. Partner with Omnichannel/Sales to coordinate DTC activities with retailer eCommerce.Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:

Requires a level of knowledge normally gained through completion of an undergraduate degree. MBA is a plus.Minimum Work Experience:
