Benefits: • Competitive salary • Paid vacation and holidays • 401K matching program • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • Collaborative and supportive work environment at our office located in Montgomery Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to promote our team and listings.Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).Email Marketing: Create and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and build relationships with clients.Graphic Design: Design marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and presentations, using graphic design software.Listing Marketing: Create and manage marketing plans for individual listings, including professional photography, virtual tours, and targeted advertising.Event Planning: Organize and plan client events held throughout the year.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective marketing support and alignment with sales goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Strong writing and communication skills. • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva). • Experience with social media marketing and management. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Passion for real estate and a desire to contribute to our team's success. Compensation: $38,000 - $43,000 yearly
